Clinical Supervision That Honors How You Practice
I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive supervision for pre-licensed social workers and seasoned clinicians who want space to reflect, grow, and stay grounded in work that asks a lot from us.
Why This Supervision Is Different
This isn’t just box-checking or note review. I offer space to talk about what’s showing up — in you, your clients, and your practice. That includes countertransference, burnout, boundary fatigue, race and power dynamics, and the pressure to show up as the “ideal clinician.” You won’t be judged here. We’ll explore, challenge, and support your growth honestly and collaboratively.
Who I Work With
I supervise MSWs working toward LCSW licensure in Hawaii, Arizona, North Carolina and Washington. I also offer private-pay supervision for seasoned clinicians wanting space to deepen clinical thinking and reflect on the personal impact of this work. I specialize in trauma, neurodivergence, EMDR, and work with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
Rates & Format
Individual supervision is $100 per session. I also offer group supervision for $50 per clinician (held virtually, sliding scale available). If you’re part of an agency or community program, I’m open to contract-based supervision as well. I provide documentation for licensure and use a supportive, collaborative framework.
