You have a lot on your plate. You are the person people come to for support, decisions, crisis, and care. On paper you look capable. Inside you might feel exhausted, resentful, or like you are always one situation away from shutting down.

Coaching with me is for people who want practical change in how they move through their life, relationships, and work. We look at patterns, nervous system responses, and choices that are actually available to you, not fantasy versions of your life where you have unlimited time and energy.

Untangling people pleasing, over functioning, and always being the one who fixes everything, especially in family and caregiving roles.

Boundaries that are actually usable in real life, including with partners, co parents, parents, adult children, and work. Less guilt, more clarity.

Nervous system patterns like shutdown, freeze, or constant alert, and how they show up in your schedule, communication, and decisions.

Translating self awareness into small, realistic actions. Not a twelve step morning routine. Tiny changes that build over time and respect the season of life you are in.

How coaching with me feels

Coaching is a space where you do not have to pretend you are fine. You can say the quiet part out loud, including the parts that feel selfish, tired, or done.

I am straightforward and grounded. I listen for patterns, name what I notice, and help you slow your reactions down so you can make choices instead of only reacting. We laugh. We get honest. You do not have to impress me.

You get a mix of reflection, nervous system awareness, and concrete experiments to try between sessions, so you are not just talking about your life but changing how you live it.

My lens as a coach

I bring my background as a trauma therapist, social worker, and nervous system nerd into coaching, while staying in my lane. Coaching is not therapy, and we keep our work focused on patterns, skills, and choices in the present and near future.

We talk about culture, gender, sexuality, class, and power as real forces shaping your decisions. We also pay attention to your body cues, not only your thoughts, so you learn what settled and safe feels like for you.

You are allowed to bring both your ambition and your exhaustion into the room. We let both have a voice and build a plan that respects both.

Format, logistics, and how coaching is different from therapy

Coaching sessions are held online through secure video. Most meetings are fifty minutes. We can meet monthly, twice monthly, or weekly depending on your needs, capacity, and goals.

Coaching is available to adults located in the United States. It is not mental health treatment, does not include diagnosis, and does not replace therapy, medication management, or crisis services. If you want therapy with me, that is a separate service with its own eligibility, paperwork, and state specific rules.

We will be clear together about what belongs in coaching and what might be better suited for therapy or another kind of support, so you are not left guessing.

Clarity Package

$400 / month

Two 50 minute sessions per month.

Perfect for people who want grounding, direction, and accountability without weekly meetings.

Momentum Package

$850 / month

Four 50 minute sessions per month.

Includes messaging support between sessions. Ideal for people in active change, transitions, or who want a higher touch level of support.

Intensive Reset

$1,600 / month

Weekly 50 minute sessions + structured accountability check ins.

For seasons of high stress, burnout, life transition, or major decision making where you need deeper support and faster shifts.
